We guarantee that even by year 25 it will still be producing a minimum of 70% of the energy it was producing when it was first installed. Energy prices are expected to rise 240% if a modest 5% annual rate continues. Energy prices rose 14.3% in 2022, and while 2023 shouldn’t see the same rise, complications from wars, OPEC’s recent oil production cuts, or other factors can cause similar spikes in energy prices.

We often hear people ask “Will it keep working after the 25 year guarantee?” Most panels will keep reliably producing significant energy for 30 to 35 years after which it continues to produce energy, yet most homeowners would likely decide they want newer panels especially with the advances in solar technology that we are expecting in the next 30 years. In theory, in the right location or with maintenance, a solar panel could still be generating electricity for 50, 60, or even 100 years, just with significantly less electrical output than when first installed.  We only guarantee the production for the first 25 years. What that means is during the first 25 years, if you experience a significant reduction in energy production, we will reimburse you for the difference!
